Agronomy

 

   -Full agronomy information will be sent via regular crop bulletins.  These are also available for your agronomist.

●        Contracts cover the whole produce of areas sown

●        Contracts are based on 100% of the crop at a premium of £135.00/tonne over feed wheat at time of movement (HGCA feed price).

●        £0.55/tonne R & D levy on all crops

●        Growers to send sample direct to Premium Crops for analysis prior to movement

●        Specifications:
- Protein -  basis 16% (less £1.00/0.1% between 16% and 14%)
- Hagberg - basis 250 (less £2.50/25 seconds to 200)
- Specific Weight - basis 76 (less £1.00/kg or part thereof to 74)
 
- Screening -  basis 2% (less £0.50/1% or part thereof to 4%)
- Admixture - max 2%
- Moisture - max 15%

●        Crops that fall out of specification do not render the contract void and will be priced by negotiation.

 ●        All growers to be members of a recognised Assurance Scheme
